There is a particular pleasure in making something yourself. You try an idea, discover what you got wrong, and try again. AI has brought me back into that loop and made it possible to attempt things I would previously have left on the “someday” list.

Super IC is my field journal of that exploration.

I’m Anshumani Ruddra. I build products, teach courses and workshops on Maven, and work with teams and executives on AI acceleration and transformation. My career has also involved writing, games, and a fair number of side quests. Those interests tend to find their way into my work.

Here, I’ll share experiments, practical workflows, and lessons from building and teaching. We’ll look at prototypes, agents, and how to judge the quality of their work. We’ll also explore what happens when individual capability runs into team habits, organizational processes, and the way we think about our careers.

IC stands for individual contributor. If you manage people or lead a company, you belong here too. Staying close to your craft and helping others develop theirs are closely connected.

The aim is to leave you with something worth trying, a clearer way to think, or a question you hadn’t considered. I’ll share what works, what falls apart, and where I’m still figuring things out.
